Highlighting the Work of His Hands
Christmas will soon be here and we want to send our love and blessings to all of you from each of us! "The Word became flesh and dwelt among us." Just think of it - Jesus became one of us!! At the birth of Jesus, Luke 2:13 says, "Then suddenly there appeared with the angel an army of the troops of heaven (a heavenly knighthood!) praising God ..." What a grand reception for the Son of God!!! Thank you for standing with us during this busy but fruitful year of 1996!! We’ve loved our journey with Him to many cities and nations!
Florida
A Prophetic Conference for Women brought hungry Hispanics, blacks, Jews, and Caucasians to Jacksonville in a unity that dealt a major blow to racism and prejudice! This time Jill was working with a fiery Spanish translator and they flowed together beautifully! The room came alive with clamorous praise as beautiful banners with the names of Jesus were paraded throughout the room, dancers clad in purple and white were waltzing before the Lord, and the sound of the shofar could be heard. Hours of intimate worship paved the way for Jesus!
The overcrowded altar area was filled with women being healed of deep wounds and heart issues. As the power of the Holy Spirit touched the women, they began forgiving people, weeping, falling down, and trembling as God was healing wounded and broken hearts. The place looked like the aftermath of a battle and Satan lost a LOT of ground!
Orlando
The consuming fire of God sovereignly fell in the room as a wave of His presence came. People were screaming as the fire touched their earthenware vessels and gripped them with a deeper hunger for Jesus! The fire of God came in an unusual intensity and it had the attention of the room that night!
Wyoming
Jesus performed a miraculous healing in a Hispanic man who was suffering from liver cancer. He called us a few days ago and said that the doctor gave him a 100% clean bill of health for all of the tests!! Thank you for this miracle, dear Jesus!!!
Another unusual event happened in Worland that touched our hearts in a big way. The meeting was full of teenage boys from a correction home who were brought to the meetings by a former muscle-bound, tattooed prisoner who has a real father’s heart for boys in trouble. As the Holy Spirit fell on the people, these boys were weeping in each others arms. Others went into travail as intercession touched them. Most of them had to be helped out to their cars to meet their curfew!
England
The Lord opened the door for us to minister in 3 cities in England! Carol Hoffmeier, who has traveled with us before, was with us in England and Austria! Another pleasant surprise was having a team from Nelson, New Zealand, with us. Their team of 8 was led by Roger and Lorraine Hagen, dear friends of Jill. They move in the radical fire of Holy Spirit!!!
In North Baddesley, England, a group of young adult street-wise converts were receiving powerful impartations as the Holy Spirit touched them. They were unusually hungry and desperate for more of God and they got it!! One young man’s goal was to be the #1 drug dealer in England ... now he wanted to be totally God’s man in the land for His glory! As Jill was sharing about different visitations, a number of people started weeping as they were seeing Jesus on the cross, seeing lost children being ravaged by the enemy, and getting revelation on the blood of Jesus. The weight of God was so heavy in the room that you could hear a pin drop. During one of the meetings, an angelic choir accompanied us as we sang an old Gospel hymn!
Worthing, England, was the site of salvation for a desperate teen who heard about our meetings and came to find Jesus! When the Holy Spirit fell on him and he was trembling, he said, "I can’t have this. What is happening to me?!!? I’m not even a Christian yet!! I am desperate for God and I came here to find Jesus! I have to have Him tonight! I am desperate!" The young man found Jesus, his heart’s desire!
Jill’s prophetic proclamation, "Lord, let our lives be an altar set on fire!" ignited the room with the fire of God as radical trembling and shaking touched many people all over the room. The whole altar area was filled with people who were laughing, trembling, weeping, falling down, fire on their feet and running in place as they were called to the nations, and people going through deliverance. A lawyer was sovereignly catapulted out of his chair and onto the floor, where he laid for over an hour.
Many healing of heart issues and forgiveness were happening in Maidenhead, England, night after night. Jill also saw layers and veils coming off of people’s eyes to be able to see and expect more from God. As people were pressing in for more of God, they were being gripped on the floor, crying out, laughing, weeping, experi-encing prophetic intercession, and feeling the fire of God "burning" on them. When the power surge ended, they liked what was happening and wanted even more of God! Several people received prophetic words once the fire of God was on them and He gave witness to His words!
Austria
A lot of impartation and healing of heart issues also took place in Wiener Neustadt as the Lord moved among His people. When Jill spoke of prophetic evangelists being released in the room, the place exploded with people crying, shaking, feeling fire on their hands and feet, and falling down. Then the heavy weight of God and the silent brooding of the Holy Spirit hovered over the room. The presence of the Lord was very evident in the room as people sat in silence. There is nothing like the presence of the Lord!! He is a precious Person!!!
When the Lord started giving prophetic words to Jill for the people, He would use that as a springboard to touch many others in the room who were experiencing the same thing as the person getting the word. There was a prophetic word combined with a word of knowledge about a heart condition of an elderly man. This spread throughout the room to others needing physical healing. A lot of deliverance came with the prayers for healing.
More prophetic words led to another wave of people who were meant to be "eagles" but were shot down and wanted to be airborne again. A couple of people actually looked like eagles flying as the Holy Spirit touched them!
Another prophetic word for a woman led to others in the room who wanted to commit suicide. We were astonished that over 20 people stood, saying they wanted to take their life or they wished they were dead and didn’t want to live any more. You can imagine what happened as the Lord came against a spirit of death and broke the power of the enemy over their lives. There were some very significant deliverances happening throughout the room. It was wonderful to see people getting set free and seeing their countenance change!
Nevada
Our most recent trip took us to a Womens’ Aglow Regional Conference where over 750 hungry ladies gathered in Reno! The Lord did a very deep work in healing heart issues when over 3/4 of the room was up at the altar dealing with forgiveness issues. They were weeping, shaking, falling down, and receiving impartations as the Lord was breaking guilt and shame off the ladies.
During worship, a wave of incredible laughter hit the room that lasted almost 2 hours!!!! Because of the issues being dealt with, the laughter was a real healing agent for them!Jill challenged prodigals to a fresh commitment to first love and 13 people responded! They were weeping in each others’ arms as they resolved to follow Jesus with all of their hearts.
California
Among the towering pine trees and snow-capped mountains of the Lake Tahoe area, Jill shared market place stories that challenged people to be the heart, hands, and feet of Jesus to the lost. The next night a gal shared her own market place story! While driving to the meeting, she was burdened to pray and was asking the Lord about it when He interrupted her saying, "Be wary of the road ahead." Minutes later a man on a bike took a sharp turn right in front of her car. Because she was alerted by the Lord, his life was saved!
We met an very anointed prophetic dancer who portrayed the heart of the Lord for His Bride as she danced before Him. It was exceptional!
