The Master Potter Expands Master Potter Ministries
Dear Friends,
Our last email newsletter to you was called “Master Potter on the Move.” Well, I need to tell you what is happening since then so you see what The Master Potter is doing now!
California, Here I Come!
A sovereign "suddenly" from God on July 4 (Independence Day) is moving me and my offices to Hollywood, California, by the end of August! I know this is rather shocking to everyone but it is a glorious story of God's handiwork and the confirmation of many prophetic words given to me, knowing it would happen in His time.
Dual Citizenship: Hollywood and Kansas City
In this hour of history the Lord is shifting many players on the chess board of life for the end time global drama which is beginning to emerge. I am a part of the International House of Prayer (IHOP) family in Kansas City and God is now establishing me with a second base in Southern California. The Lord has been prophetically speaking this change over the last several years, especially through Cindy Jacobs.
I am going to have two bases – dual citizenship!! One base is in Hollywood and another base is in Kansas City. I will go back and forth between the two. The Lord showed me that it’s like having an inheritance in both places. Although I will be renting a house in Hollywood, I will also rent my house here in Kansas City so I have a place to come to when the Lord sends me here at different times and seasons. While in Kansas City, I will be able to spend blocks of time at the International House of Prayer and I will continue to minister at IHOP conferences and teach at the Forerunner School of Prayer from time to time. The formation of these two bases is a multiplication and increase, not a division and a minimizing! It is not a cutting off, it’s a joining of tribes, a cross pollination, a win-win because this is the Lord’s way.”
Even before I moved to Kansas City, I knew I would be back in California some day. Yet, knowing that I was supposed to come to Kansas City, I had been asking the Lord to bring me in through the right door, at the right time. Over eleven years ago Paul Cain prophesied that I would be moving to Kansas City so the Lord governmentally placed me here with Mike Bickle. I have also been praying and waiting for the right timing and positioning to return to California.
Cindy Jacobs’ Prophecy
As I mentioned earlier, Cindy has publicly prophesied to me several times regarding a move back to California, saying that God was placing me strategically “to have the most influence.” When Cindy and I ministered together in Costa Mesa (July 1-3), she told me it was time to move back to California.
And the Lord says to you, Jill Austin, “Full circle. The circle must be completed!” For I would say to you, “In Kansas City and Hollywood, I am going to begin to marry Hollywood to Kansas City! I am going to use you to bring in the arts and media. I’m going to use you to bring a marriage with the bridal sound and the bridal anointing.”
The Lord says, “Everything is getting ready to fall into place.” And the Lord says, “Even the writings that you have done are keys that are going to unlock hearts and they are going to want everything when they read about Me!” says the Lord. And the Lord says, “Yes, I am going to give you favor with producers and there will be a day that Master Potter will be on the big screen.”
The Lord says, “I am going to cause you to raise up a company of artist worshippers – worshipping artists!” And the Lord says, “I am going to give you the building. I’m going to give you the money. You’re going to be the mother of a movement.”
The Lord says, “I’ve caused you to learn the anointing, I’ve caused you to see angels, I’ve caused you to flow in the Spirit. But this day, the Lord says, it’s full circle! Even as a potter’s wheel is circular, you are to come back, says the Lord, this day, to your first love!”
The Lord says, “I’m going to bring the nations to you to train. They are going to come from the ends of the earth.” And the Lord says “They are going to do all kinds of ministry.”
God says, “I’m going to bring you staff, I’m going to bring you the facility, I’m going to bring you the money. You’re going to raise up a prophetic company of artists.” The Lord says, “I’m also going to give you a place in Hollywood. I’m going to connect you to Studio City and Burbank.”
And the Lord says, “Look and see, even those roots you have in Hollywood – it was in My plan that you were born and raised in that area!” The Lord says, “The artists will be going back and forth. And one day, there will even be an opening in the studio there in Hollywood!” And the Lord says, “You’re going to raise up a company of actors and I’m going to bring those with you and they are going to help turn the wheel of Hollywood to righteousness!”
A Sabbatical
In addition to this move, the Lord has also told me to take some time off, starting in mid-November. I have cancelled several conferences and two overseas tours already for the rest of 2004. For the most part, I’ve been on the road almost every weekend this year and I haven’t felt well for some time. Therefore, I must stop and I need to do it soon. Yet, the operating expenses of the ministry will continue so this is where I’m asking my friends to come in and stand with me by:

We have many things to do in the next few weeks so we would love it if you would cover us in prayer!!! We need wisdom to decide what to pack or leave, the actual packing process so things are not damaged, protection for the actual trip to California, and the unpacking and organizing of my home and the Master Potter offices.
