Dear Friends!

"Gaday, mate!" is a warm and friendly greeting heard in Australia, a landthat was nicknamed by its founder as "The Great Southland of the Holy Spirit!"

Let me paint you a picture. There were koala bears nestled in eucalyptus trees, kangaroos hopping around and carrying babies in their pouches. We saw Aborigine tribesmen among the Australian people, heard the low hum of the didgery doo during worship (an instrument crafted and painted by the Aborigines from a hollowed out tree limb). We gazed into crystal clear turquoise water at the Great Barrier Reef that is filled with tropical fish and beautiful formations of coral formed over hundreds of years. There were crocodiles.

Sheep were being herded by a sheep dog while others were being sheared. Open markets had all kinds of native arts and crafts for sale: the famous Akubra hat, thanks to the movie, "Man from Snowy River". Beautiful beaches lined the Sunshine and Gold Coast, a surfer's delight. We rode the skyrail over a tropical rainforest area … a bird sanctuary with the colorful Laura Kee birds that are lime green, red, and yellow. Imagine riding on the left-hand side of the road, sightseeing in cosmopolitan Sydney, with its dazzling office complexes. The famous opera house along the waterfront with its distinctive architectural splendor brings 3 seasons of clothes for Brisbane and Atherton (Fall), Cairns play time at the Great Barrier Reef (Summer), and Sydney (Winter) - just a quick glimpse of 4 days to play and 13 days of meetings!

Bill Greenman, an itinerant minister from Metro Christian Fellowship, accompanied us on this trip. The Lord had put Australia on Bill's heart over 19 years ago and he had been waiting for the door to open. It was his divine appointment and Bill was a total delight to have on the road! "This Present Darkness" and Atherton (The Tablelands and Great Barrier Reef area) Never judge a town by its size, the saying goes! Although the town was very small, the warfare that surrounded this church was not a small thing at all! It reminded all of us of Frank Peretti's book, This Present Darkness.

The God of 'breakthroughs' broke through for us but not without a continual fight. The atmosphere would open up, and then a ceiling would come in, then a breakthrough, then a ceiling, etc. We were asking Holy Spirit for the keys to unlock the meeting and He showed us the scenario that follows. Leadership Team Sees the Demonic Web of the Enemy Probably our most strategic meeting of the entire Atherton conference came with the pastor and his leaders after one of our meetings.

The Lord began to give Jill clear revelation and insight into curses on the church land and the clever web that the enemy had designed among the leaders and their children through people in the town. As she would get words of knowledge, a couple of the prophetic intercessors in the room would go ballistic and we knew we hit on something! It also confirmed some of the prophetic words people in the church had been telling the pastor previously. There were power encounters with darkness to set people free but more would have to come later since it was going on 2:00 AM!!! Revelation from Holy Spirit helped them to see what they were up against, how the enemy had used evil in the community to almost take them out, and what strategies they needed for the future. It was pretty sobering and intense, as well as enlightening!

Fight for Your Seed, O Women in the Tablelands!

We did a Women's Conference in the Tablelands of Atherton, followed by a regular conference for the church itself. Hungry women came from many cities around the area. When Jill ministered to the women about their children and family members who were being ravaged by the enemy, breaking off lethargy-hopelessness-suicide, and praying for single women and moms, dramatic things began to happen. As the fire of God came with these altar calls, there was one wave of fire after another. It was heart-rending to watch the women shaking powerfully, going through deliverance, weeping in each other's arms, being gripped in their stomach, stammering lips, jumping really high, feeling the fire and fanning themselves, on their faces before the Lord, and bodies laid out all over the floor. The conference ended with a powerful time of commissioning for the women to go out and do the works of Jesus and "follow the Lamb wherever He goes". They meant business!

Radical Baptists in Sydney, Australia

Talk about hungry and desperate Baptists!!! While Jill was making introductory comments and challenging people to be like "nuclear reactors" or carriers of fire, people were bouncing in their seats, falling between the rows, crying out, and being gripped with such fire that they would fall out of their seats and onto the floor! We hadn't even opened it up for ministry yet!!! When Jill asked Holy Spirit to come, the place exploded because of their desperate hunger and deep passion for Jesus! Over half of the room was being touched with radical shaking, jolting, hands shaking, doing stomach bends, laughing and crying. As many people were being gripped, the arms and legs of an older guy were straight up in the air, people were running in place and many were feeling intense heat. The place looked like a battlefield everywhere!!!

A Heart for the Lost Gripped the Room. The Lord told Jill to call a young man in Sydney up to the front for a prophetic word. His calling had to do with having a heart for the outcasts and the lost and as she prophesied, he began to weep. Then others with the same heart started weeping, which was 95% of the people, throughout the room. The Asian worship leader began singing the heart of God and broke down sobbing too! People were kneeling, on their faces, sobbing in each other's arms, or laid out all over the floor. It was a tender time and a precious glimpse into the Lord's heart for His wandering and forsaken children.

Prophetic Singers Anointed with Fire!

People involved in worship at the Sydney church were called forward and a wave of fire came! The Lord led Jill to call all of the prophetic singers forward, including those who felt they had such a gift but were afraid to step out and sing. She asked the musicians to start singing and handed the microphones to different prophetic singers. At first they were really nervous, but as they took the leap and sang, Holy Spirit started giving them His heart. A shy college student the church didn't even know as a singer suddenly moved in a prophetic song that made a few mouths drop open. She had a beautiful voice that captured the heart of God. It was exciting to see the singers and musicians move into a new level of prophetic song and music.

Brisbane Church Pioneered Renewal in the AOG Denomination.

We ministered in a large Assembly of God governmental church that spearheaded the renewal movement in Australia. It took great courage for this pastor to bring the new move of God into the AOG movement. He is willing to be on the cutting edge and his church loves the things of the Spirit. Their cry is still, "Lord, we want more! Give us everything you have!" Holy Spirit ambushed the most unsuspecting woman on their AOG staff with a visitation - their lovely accountant.

Jill gave the woman and her husband a prophetic word accompanied by fire. Immediately the accountant landed on her knees and laughed hysterically, slapping the floor with her hand. In the meantime, her husband had fallen on the steps and lay like a dead man, not flinching at all! He had to be put in a wheel chair and taken to the car because he simply could not walk!! His legs felt like they were full of lead, he told us later. Nothing had ever happened to either of them like this before and their staff knew of their integrity and watched with amazement!!!

Both of them had been seeking a much deeper love affair with Jesus and were absolutely desperate for a breakthrough for more of the radical things of the Spirit. They got a taste of what they were asking for, but how Holy Spirit chose to answer their cries was not exactly what they had in mind but they didn't mind because they were agonizing in prayer for this very thing!

The next morning Jill interviewed this couple at the pastors and leaders' meeting. As the woman started to describe what had happened to her the night before, she hit the floor and was gripped with agonizing intercession. The fire hit the rest of the room and people were crying out, falling sovereignly all over the place, weeping, and some were "out cold" on the floor for a long time. The heavy brooding of Holy Spirit blanketed the room as people met with Jesus.

Worship Extravaganza in West Haven, Connecticut

Gateway Christian Fellowship hosted the Regional Eagles' Wings River Conference with its founder, Rob Stearns, who carries a heavy Levite anointing! Jill shared at the evening sessions and was accompanied by JoAnn McFatter, a gifted prophetic singer from our church in Kansas City, who added a depth of God's heart to the meetings. What a dynamite combination of mantles God brought together! It was like having gas, oil, and nitroglycerin connect with fire! You had to be there! There was a wide range of music going on for hours from warfare worship (dancing, marching, flags and banners, a variety of instruments playing, including a 30 minute trumpet anointing from a man blowing a shofar with a variety of sounds and rhythms). There were also times of silence as people engaged in intimate adoration, many of which were on their faces before Jesus.

Hearts Pierced with the Fire of His Love

Jill challenged the people to walk in new levels during her new message, "Mary, the Mother of Jesus, A Radical Forerunner." Were they willing to birth Jesus in their own lives? Throughout the meeting there were dramatic power surges and waves of fire blanketing the room when Jill asked Holy Spirit to come with fire. Most of the people were up in front shaking radically, jolting, falling down, crying out, dancing, laughing, experiencing power encounters with deafening cries that drowned Jill out, or on their faces in silent adoration amidst the noise. The church looked like the aftermath of a battle. Who said Holy Spirit is a gentleman?!?!?!?

Men's Home Encounters the Refiner's Fire in Bristol, Connecticut

On Sunday morning we ministered at an area church that participated in the River Conference. We were intrigued by several rows of young men in shirts and ties sitting right up in the front. They were part of a men's home for alcohol and drug abuse. Jill asked them to come up for prayer, along with anyone else in the room who was struggling in these areas. As she released fire and spoke prophetically over them, the sea of raised hands revealed heavily tattooed arms shaking, anguished faces crying out for a touch from God, groaning, weeping, deliverance, healing of heart issues, and bodies on the floor everywhere. We love to see God restoring the broken lives of people who thought there was no hope for change. When the Glorious Intruder comes, He brings healing and restoration so they can be instruments of change in God's hands to others who struggle with the same things and feel void of hope.
