The church has had 2000 years of teaching, and yet the Bride still has not made herself ready. What must we do in this hour to see the Joel 2 later-day outpouring and the release of the seven-fold Spirit of Isaiah 11? We do not need more information but impartation, as extreme times call for extreme measures. We’re living in momentous days where God is preparing the earth for a mighty visitation of His presence and His power. This new season will be marked by shakings in the political, economical, and natural arenas.

With America teetering on the brink of war, God does not want to merely shake the external infrastructures (Haggai 2), but God wants to shake you to bring about the fullness of your destiny. Today the Lord is releasing the Isaiah 7-fold Spirit of Isaiah 11:2, “The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord”.
In order to respond to God’s heart for this hour, the Lord has gathered together pillars of the faith – men and women of governmental weight in the Spirit - to the city that has been coined “The Prophetic City” over 100 years ago. Today, Kansas City is emerging once again! No longer as a city – this time as His Bride!
In February, God will synergistically combine different mantle mixes to prepare you for the fullness of your destiny on this earth. Just as words that were spoken over this prophetic city decades ago are coming to pass now, the Lord wants to use this city of refuge today as His crucible to empower you to be a history maker.
Why not you? Why not now? Why not here? Heaven will touch earth and God will be there … where will you be?
Though The Call Kansas City is over, the revolution has just begun! History was made on December 31 and The Call KC was a crucial climax to the year 2002. Jill had an opportunity to minister at The Call KC where God “set a seal on the hearts” of many young men and women who desire to love Jesus in fiery bridal intimacy.
Lou Engle sounded the trumpet to call all of America to gather in the very heart of America for the purpose of returning to our first love and marrying a generation to their Bridegroom King.
Jill was able to minister in the final of the four segments of The Call entitled “Revolution!” Rallying together a Joel’s army of 15,000 radical forerunners, Jill began by issuing deep prophetic challenges: “Are you an Elijah generation? Will you be a carrier of His presence outside the four walls of the church? Or, will you bring a revolution to a hurt and dying world?” After each question the crowd responded with much energy, more enthusiasm, and mounting excitement as the atmosphere shifted. Jill then issued a critical challenge not only to be a child of the Father, a Bride to Jesus, but also to respond rightly in relationship with the third person of the Godhead – Holy Spirit. We must learn to be intimate with Holy Spirit in order to partner with God in His revolution that will rock the nations of the world and bring in a great harvest of the lost and prodigals.
The government of God backed Jill’s words as God released angelic activity. Holy Spirit touched a young girl in a powerful way on the stage as a sign and wonder, testifying of what He is doing in this generation. Jill ministered powerfully as the Lord launched thousands of ignited hearts.
The Lord has tightly knit Jill’s heart with the hearts of Che Ahn and Lou Engle and she will be ministering at both Calls in California this Spring. Her heart is that Hollywood will become "Holywood” because Jill has faith for the entertainment industry to become the "woman at the well" who became the great evangelist in the Gospels. Jill’s personal root systems are from Hollywood and her heart is to draw from the historic wells of revival of her past mentor, Lonnie Frisbee, who helped catalyze two historic moves of God: The Jesus People Movement and The Vineyard Movement. May another but far greater Jesus People’s Movement come forth from California once again!
A trumpet was sounded in December and with each conference God is taking more territory in the Spirit. The heavens were more open and more ground was seized with less of a sense of having to contend for it.

Thursday night, while Jill was preaching, the Lord suddenly broke in and began to touch people throughout the room. Many powerful prophetic words were given to set people in their destinies.
Friday night, Bonnie preached a message outlining the three necessary tell-tale signs of a living, breathing, fully functioning House of God. She warned us that Holy Spirit has all too often been considered the “butler of the church,” yet the victorious Bride must move in the Manifest Presence. Secondly, Bonnie admonished us that the Church must not only pray for the peace of Jerusalem but actively understand and partner with God’s heart for Israel. Thirdly, as a woman of destiny herself, Bonnie challenged people that in order to fulfill the Joel 2 mandate of the Spirit falling on both the sons and daughters, women must be set in their rightful, God-authored and ordained destinies.
Focused on raising Joel’s army, Jill’s Saturday night session was simply remarkable. During, the pre-service prayer, the intercessors saw the trafficking of angels in the Spirit which was manifested in the meeting. One young man was crying out, “I see angels! I see angels! The room is filled with angels!” The worship that evening was also a prophetic foreshadowing of what the Lord was about to do. The theme song prophesied, ‘They see dry bones, we see an army!’ Echoing this song, Jill’s message was a summoning of The Joel 2 Army.
There was an awakening of the people as they heard the trumpet sound and the call to rise up for such a time as this. No longer can we settle for the mundane, just blindly bumbling through the motions of life while the enemy, who knows his time is short, wants to abort the call of this generation. It is a time to be on the offensive, listening to the heartbeat of the Lord, and seeking Him for strategies in prayer. May Ezekiel 37 be fulfilled as God’s army arises!
Beloved, this is so much greater than just Kansas City. What He does here is affecting both this nation as well as the nations. The Lord is using the Master Potter Conferences at Christ Triumphant Church as one avenue to bring the prophetic back to the “City of Prophets!” It has been history in the making and you are a part of that!!
