Dear Friends,
Many people ask us, "What was the main legacy of Jill Austin?" Our response is, plain and simple, "Her very unique relationship with Holy Spirit. Her ability to usher in His presence and unique realms of His glory." This is truly her lasting legacy and one that needs to be perpetuated.
Jill was one of those chosen vessels ordained by God to be a carrier of the Holy Spirit and she was His friend. She was an unlikely brand plucked out of the fire during the Hippy Movement of the 60's and one who God chose to be a carrier of His Glory in a way that very few people in history have been. Many of us have seen with our own eyes people go into literal trances, experiencing realms of glory and heavenly visitations, baptisms of fire, impartations, angelic encounters, intercession and birthings, deliverance and laughter in her meetings. Many of these people were conservative Christians and were absolutely shocked by the power of the Holy Spirit. Then, there were the multitude of prophetic words that Jill was constantly giving that literally released thousands into parts or all of their destinies. She was never stingy with this gift and gave it freely, even when it was not convenient. Freely she received and freely she gave.
We feel that this mandate of helping perpetuate the legacy and anointing of the Holy Spirit on Jill Austin's life is still on Master Potter. We feel that we have been mandated to continue to fan the flames and raise up a company of others that walk in this same or similar anointing as Jill and support them through training, logistical / admin help, finances and much more. Many don't know this, but Jill sat and served under Lonnie Frisbee for an extended length of time and much of her power anointing she held resembled his and was undoubtedly passed down from him in the mystery of God. The anointing of God is transferable as the Elisha/Elijah story tells us.
You probably know, just as well as we do, that it will all look very different now since Jill has gone to be with the Lord. No one will ever fill Jill's shoes, and we don't even want to try--we're not Jill! But we do know there was a company of fathers and mothers, sisters and brothers, sons and daughters that Jill directly impacted during her life and who, to one degree or another, carry her mantle, along with their own distinct giftings and callings. We believe that some within this 'family' will walk in the same, if not higher, realms of anointing than even Jill did, and we want to provide assistance to them in the ways described above. We will be presenting this company to you in the days to come as the Holy Spirit leads us.
We at Master Potter want to make a personal appeal to you for your financial help. We believe the mandate and anointing on Jill's life must be perpetuated to this generation and that its witness must not die in the Body of Christ. This is a 'well' that we believe with just a little re- digging can be uncapped, unlike many other wells which have laid fallow for many years or generations. We are at a very critical time here at Master Potter, a very vulnerable time.You have ALL been faithful at various times to support Master Potter financially, and for that, we are all so very, very grateful! We are asking once again that you would help support Master Potter in our time of transition, transformation and metamorphosis as we move into something new and uncharted.
We see you as the company of friends who will perpetuate the legacy God entrusted with Jill for a season. Perhaps, for some of you, it will take a huge step of faith to support the new Master Potter since we are in such a massive transitional state having lost our founder -- and we understand that -- but we ask that you would take this step of faith with us and watch the fruit that comes! We at Master Potter are not an island but are intricately connected with all of you, and we wouldn't want it any other way. We sink or swim with our friends! Do what God puts in your heart and know we are grateful either way.
