This February Master Potter Ministry Conference perhaps would have perhaps more aptly been titled, “Here comes the Prophets” with an outstanding line up of Dr. Kingsley Fletcher, Larry Randolph, Jill Austin, Che Ahn and Steve Carpenter. With over 800 people representing about 32 states and nations, truly the house was packed with energy, excitement and an expectancy that “heaven would touch earth!”

Pastor Alan, the Senior Pastor of Christ Triumphant Church who partners together with each of the Master Potter Ministry Conferences offered an interview to share his heart as the father of this church about what the Lord is doing in this region at this kairos hour?

1. Originally, when booking this conference, what was on your heart to invite Jill to minister at your conference?

Jill is a “breaker” and those with this type of anointing are needed in this and any city in order to see a move of God. If the spiritual leaders that are in place in a city truly wish to see revival, see His presence and power released, see a sustained move of the Spirit, desire their city to be a habitation not just have a visitation, they must get those who can help break open the heavens over their city. Jill is also a prophet and I believe that having the prophets established and welcomed into a region is vital in order to see God’s purposes established. That is why we wanted Jill.

2. What vision or expectations did you have before the conference concerning what the Lord would do?

At this conference, there were several coming in with what I would call a governmental mantle on them. These are people who God uses to come in with real authority and help set things in order. That was my expectation, that God would use those coming in to help better prepare us and establish His purposes in our region.

3. How did the Lord meet or exceed your expectations?

I didn’t know how He would do it, I just knew He would. Each person who ministered had such an authority on them. Some spoke words that corrected wrong thinking/practices, others came with such fatherly advice, they were like spiritual fathers and mothers gently but powerfully speaking into our lives. It was very directional and foundational for our area, not just our church. We saw the five-fold ministry come together in a clearer way. Then there was what took place with those not from this area. I saw hundreds having hope and purpose restored. Many left here going back to there homes encouraged and ready to minister again.

4. What were the meetings like?

Each session was unique. Common to every session was a definite, heavy presence of the Lord and powerful ministry times. Sometimes the prophetic took place, other times healing/miracles. Worship varied as sometimes people were on their faces acknowledging His holiness and others celebrating His victory. Each time was different but one thing happened every time… God showed up!

5. How did the Lord shift things in the natural and in the Spirit realm?

For this area, it was solidifying more the working together of the five-fold ministry. I am convinced that there needs to be a working together of all five ministry gifts in order for God’s purposes to be established in an area. The church has seen some of those ministries but has often left out the prophets and apostles. What we saw taking place at this conference was a coming together of all five ministry gifts and that is HUGE in the Spirit realm. It is God putting things in order. Once it takes place in the Spirit realm you will see things, and we are, in the natural. Things like: people falling in love with Jesus again, lives and families be restored, lives that were previously shattered radically changed. When God begins to show up in power and change lives, people hear about it and more people come and their lives are powerfully impacted by the power of God.

6. How do you feel the Lord used Jill to governmentally establish your church?

God has used Jill to help break open the heavens in our area. There has been a great increase of God’s presence here at CTC. With this has come many lives radically changed. Then there is how he is establishing our church as one of the churches in our area radically contending for a move of the Spirit for this whole region. The result is that many people with a similar vision/passion are being drawn here and activated again. They are seeing the life of God poured out in their lives. Jill has been one of the catalysts used by God to see that take place.

7. Do you have a particular memory or story that you would like to share in particular that might encapsulate what the Lord did for you at this conference?

A couple things stand out. I remember when Kingsley Fletcher was embracing a young man who was basically broken under the presence of God and they both were almost lying on the steps of the platform sobbing under the presence/power of God. That is just one example but each of those who ministered so desperately wanted others to be ministered to and poured their lives out for those they ministered to. I remember Kingsley crying as Jill ministered to him and then Jill on the floor under the power of God. Those who ministered also were powerfully ministered to! This was a very unique conference.

8. How do you think God both changed the lives of people in your ministry, and how do you think that He used your time with Jill to governmentally establish your ministry?

As I mentioned before, Jill has helped break open the heavens in our area. She has been used as a catalyst and now we are experiencing Holy Spirit coming and moving in a very powerful way. Lives are being changed! More people are hearing and being revived! There are all these “warriors” who had basically lost hope and given up. Now God “suddenly” restores them and activates them in areas of ministry again! As far as governmental changes, Jill is one of those used by God to “put us on the map”. She is a constant source of encouragement and always says, “I want to see God establish your house (church)…” These are not just words as that is here heart and she is always ready to help in any way that she can. I am so thankful for this wonderful prophet of the Lord!

After the significant open heavens at Gateway Christian Fellowship during Jill’s meetings in January, the pastor asked Jill to return for four nightly meetings in February. There is much intercession and anticipation there that the Lord is bringing revival to New England very soon!

There is an awakening of hunger for God in New England. Each night there were open heavens when Jill ministered. As Jill shared on visitations each night people had angelic encounters and a realm of Glory came into the room.

On the last night in Connecticut an elderly woman was having an open vision of what was happening in the Spirit realm. She said that she saw troops of angels and a whirlwind of fire going down the isle of the sanctuary. She was describing what she was seeing as it was happening. With a trembling voice she started saying that she was seeing winged creatures, coals, then she said, “it’s changing it’s fire, it’s power, it’s more power coming… rain and oil coming down, showers of rain and oil … there are stairs and fire.. angels going up and down.”

Brian and Candy Simmons are the Pastors of Gateway Christian Fellowship in West Haven, CT where Jill will return to minister April 16-20.

1. How was Jill’s visit February 11-15 different from Jill’s visit in January?

Our time in February was birthed out of a profound prophetic dream my husband had. He felt like the interpretation of the dream was that Jill was to come for eight days and that the Lord would visit us if we would have eight days of meetings. So with that in mind, he called Jill and asked her to return and to minister.

Our time in February was different than the time in January because from even the very first night, there was already an open heaven! In January, we had to build upto this. Also the people from the first night were excited and came with a great anticipation and faith level. We started out right in the anointing level where we had left off in the January meetings.

Again we had much angelic activity with people being thrown around and unable to stand; the joy of the Lord was present with unexplainable laughing! The evening ended with a wonderful since of awe mixed with the fear of the Lord. One woman had an open-eyed vision of the throne room leaving all of us with a deep longing for visitations, and the desire to experience more of God's marvelous presence!

2. How do you feel like the Lord will use Jill in the future to strategically serve in this dawning move of God at Gateway Christian Fellowship?

We believe that the Lord is moving us on into full blown revival that will move on out of the church with signs, wonders and miracles. We are already seeing other churches affected as pastors have come and carried the anointing back to their own churches.

We feel that every time that Jill comes she will leave us with a greater impartation of the Holy Spirit! This ushers in fresh hope with a greater faith to spring forth! Our heart is to usher in a new move of true revival and holiness that will affect our communities and will also result in the harvesting of souls in the fields of New England and the nations.

It takes a Jehu spirit with a breaker anointing to take down Jezebel.

And on February 22, 2003, a massive assault was waged. The Call LA was purposed to dethrone Jezebel from her palace, perched in the entertainment industry of southern California. Asked to minister at “Seven Days Ablaze” – a seven day gathering at Pastor Che Ahn’s Harvest Rock Church in Pasadena, Jill was strategically called in to equip and align the troops for three days of a seven day week of nightly meetings with Mike Bickle, Paul Cain, Lou Engle, Cindy Jacobs, Che Ahn, Jim Goll, and Jill. For history to be made, the troops must first be ready.

And Jill was called in to ready the troops…

The first night during the worship, the crowd broke out chanting, “open heavens” and “glory.” Interestingly, the Lord had already spoken to Jill to preach that very night on the topic of open heavens and the glory realm. She admonished the crowd that even as California is the “golden state” and an apostolic state, that this call was apostolic in nature. She released a breaker anointing so that they could contend at the golden gates on Saturday to bring in the King of Glory and demand, even as Moses did before Pharaoh, to let God’s people go! “If God is going to change the expression of Christianity in this generation, you must first have fire fall on the altars of your hearts,” Jill warned. And fire did fall, as angelic activity stirred in the room, hearts were tenderized, and Jill released a catalytic, governmental breaker anointing.

Pastor Che even remarked, “If the Lord’s sole purpose in having Jill come out and minister was simply to bless me, it was completely worth it!”

Monday night, the Lord prophetically expounded on what He would do Saturday. Jill paralleled the Call to Mount Carmel where there would be a holy show-down between the gods of this world and the God of Elijah. Fire would fall that night! Preaching from the life of Elijah, Jill warned the group that if we want authority to cast Jezebel out of the world, she must first have no place in our own hearts. Jill released an altar call to circumcise hearts, and the room broke out in corporate deliverance. Tears flowed; hearts were broken as the room repented of the lusts of the flesh, unclean eye-gates, and not living with a singleness of devotion.

For God only sends fire on sacrifices.

Finally, Tuesday night was truly remarkable. The Lord gave Jill the word for that night from the story of Esther and Mordecai. Dispelling the fairy-tale like setting that this story is normally narrated from, Jill set the story in its authentic historic roots – modern day Iraq and Iran. Drawing chilling parallels between Esther’s stories and modern-day America, the story hit home as hearts were pierced. The glory realm opened up and pools of glory started moving throughout the room. Jill released an “Isaac, Abraham and Jacob” generational anointing as parents wept over their first born children, and children prayed for their parents. The evening ended with a heap of people gathered at the altar calling out for the Lord to partner the Mordecai’s outside the city gate with the Esthers inside the palace walls to see this nation saved in a day.

As America is on the brink of international war and the church is being called into a holy war, the leadership of the Seven Days Ablaze were sobered by the importance of their one shot on 2/22/03. The Lord used each of these days to powerfully align people to be ready for all that would happen just days later at the Call LA.

Los Angeles, historically titled “The City of Angels”, was forever changed on February 22, 2003. In Pasadena, California, thousands of Christians gathered in the Rose Bowl to mobilize the Joel 2 army to fast and pray for the revival and revolution of this nation.

There were two main objectives for this day: Firstly, the troops prayed for Hollywood to become "Holywood: The Will of the Son." After repenting for our abdication in the arts and media arena, people cried out for the entertainment industry to become the Samaritan "woman at the well" who became the great evangelist in John 4. Secondly, their heart was to draw from the historic wells of revival released by Azusa Street, the Jesus Movement, Aimee Semple McPherson (Four Square), Henrietta Mears (Hollywood Presbyterian), Bill Bright, Billy Graham and others while honoring the present works of God in the Los Angeles area.

Jill Austin was asked to minister at this historic event with a specific request: the leadership of the Call asked her to release the anointing from one of her mentors, Lonnie Frisbee. Lonnie was a radical forerunner in the sixties, seventies, and eighties who helped to birth the Jesus People Movement and The Vineyard Movement. She called forth extreme devotion from this generation so that they might be the flashpoint of a new Jesus revolution! “As a mother to this generation,” Jill began, “I want to give you everything that I have.” Many double-portion sons and daughters received an impartation that day!

Jill was also able to call this city back into its prophetic destiny as the City of Angels, as she welcomed the angelic back into LA through prophetic proclamations. Like Elisha in 2 Chronicles 6, her heart was to encourage that though we are on the brink of war, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them” (v. 16).

Mary Ahn is Pastor Che and Sue Ahn’s youngest daughter; as Jill was ministering at the Call specifically to the Joshua generation, we wanted you to hear from a radical 18 year old and future history-maker what the Lord did in Pasadena.

1. Originally, when envisioning Seven Days Ablaze, do you know what was on your parents' hearts to invite Jill to minister at your pre-Call rally?

Planning the Seven Days Ablaze Conference, my parents felt that it would be important to get the apostolic blessings from different prophets who had the DNA of The Call. Jill has always been on the top of our guest list and welcomed with open arms from our church and from my family. She carries a fire with her and leaves a trail of Holy Spirit wherever the Lord leads her.

2. What were the meetings like?

The meetings were powerful and Spirit led. Our house (Mott Auditorium) was packed for the conference with people young and old. Those who came to the meetings where hungry and desperate for God in their lives, and for the cities that they lived in. When Jill spoke, the bomb dropped! The Lord showed her open windows and she walked through them and let us follow! She was so sensitive to the Spirit that the angels of the Lord were not hindered to come. Not only did people get saved but also there was a time of healing and deliverance!

3. How do you feel the Lord used Jill to governmentally establish the troops before The Call?

The Lord used Jill to governmentally establish us before The Call by sharing the story of Esther in a way that many of us never heard before. She gave us the background of how Esther wasn't a "Cinderella" story and how in reality she was in her "prison" so that she could get to her "palace." Jill was used to help us understand the seriousness of the day and age that we live in that we should cry out to God for those who are in the Middle East and for those who do not know the Lord.

4. How do you think God both changed the lives of people in your ministry, and how did this affect The Call?

Our ministry has been shaken with revelation; I truly believe that our time with Jill and her team brought the presence of God so strongly that changed the lives of so many including mine. She was a vessel used by God to get the troops ready for war against Jezebel's palace and strong holds over LA the Lord used her to wake up the church for battle.

I was honored to minister at a conference along with Evelyn Donaldson and Angela Pinkston, prophetic worshippers from Alaska. There was a hunger and desperation in the women for visitation that broke into such crying out that I could hardly hear myself on the microphone! God was sovereignly touching ladies all over the room as the presence of the Lord invaded the meeting.

Women were on their faces weeping, kneeling and crying out, trembling, in deep places with the Lord. While the place looked like the aftermath of a battle, it was an incredible break-in of the Lord!
